List upcoming conferences for someone. Use like:

|NAME=
|DOE=
|AFTER=
}}
NAME should be "first last" as used in conference attendance pages.
DOE should be true (default) or false to select DOE classified "conferences".
AFTER should be a YYYY-MM-DD date, defaults to today.
Note, this template will not show anything in the public wiki.
