25 July 2002: Study of piscat events

  1. Selected piscat triggers. L1.1 NOT applied.

  2. From the area method, 20% of pi->mu,nu can't be resolved

  3. Loss of TD pulse due to strange fiducial pulse for 2 TD channels.

    I modified TD2FID and recovered 1.2% of events.

    Examples of strange fiducials for TD channels 150 and 212 in run 50210. Channels 149 and 211 shown for comparison. Use seascape to view the postscript files. Event 317, 369, 451, 511, 557, 682, 750, 855 and the slightly more bizarre event 926.

  4. Inability to find prompt pulse due to pre-prompt activiting in stopping layer (~1% loss)
    In this example, the prompt time is near the large central pulse.
