First-time guests of the Laboratory (individuals who do not hold a BNL ID card) are requested to notify Brookhaven of their arrival date. Please provide the following information 48 hours prior to your arrival at BNL.
Users who cannot meet this deadline should contact the RHIC and AGS Users' Center
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST., Monday through Friday, at (631) 344-5975 or via e-mail at userscenter@bnl.gov
