NUHEP Computer Accounts

To request an account on the NUHEP computing system, you need to fill out the following form.
Note: Items marked with a * are required.

Personal Information:

This is just standard information we need to identify you. The UID/GID issued by ITD or RCF are optional. We would very much like for you to obtain one since this means that if we ever nfs cross mount a file system from ITD, then your UID/GID will match. To get a UID/GID from ITD please call x4444.

Contact Information:

In order to get an account on the NUHEP system, you need to provide the information of someone at BNL whom you work with. This is usually done by listing the experiment or research group you are collaborating with and the group leader or spokes person of this experiment or research group. Therefore the BNL Contact name, number and e-mail refers to this BNL person. An e-mail will be sent to him/her to get a verification that you do indeed need an account on NUHEP.
