@(#) Information about use of user scratch storage.

> Temporary file storage is available to all users on
  /usr/scratch.  This is intended for short-term
  storage of information that can be easily recreated
  from other sources.

> /usr/scratch IS NOT BACKED UP!

> File Retention Policy
  - Disk usage will be reviewed on a daily basis.
  - When usage exceeds 75% capacity, files will be
    deleted, in order of creation dates, until 50%
    capacity is reached.  Empty directories will be
    deleted.
