Alan said the June running issue will be decided by May 15. Also, STAR will not be running in the testbeam in May. Ed emphasized that you must pass RW1 if you want to be in the testbeam area! Jim Miller presented the E821 request. They request May 16 - 27 twelve hours per day. They can't be ready sooner, and can't efficiently use more than twelve hours per day. They need the "blue table". Jim Frank presented the E787 request. They request beam time from May 20 - 24 twelve hours per day. They can't begin measurements before May 20; however, it looks like their setup will be easy since E821 is only using twelve hours per day. They also need the blue table; however, they will make their own since it will be used by E821. Alan Schwartz requests beam time from May 25 - 27 to test his pad chamber. His setup will have to be carefully coordinated with E821 and E787. Phenix will take over on May 28. Bill Morse presented Michelle Thompson's request to test FNAL E835 lead glass. She requests one shift of beam time. Ed O'Brien pointed out that Phenix will be rigging during the day shift of May 28. Therefore, it would be an efficient use of beam time if Michelle could take the May 28 midnight shift. Bill will check. We will have a "walk-through" the testbeam area May 9 at 4pm to look for space conflicts.
