Here's a first go at a schedule for getting things set up for the flash test.
There are a few question marks; please look this over and comment.
Any omissions, corrections or additional information?
We need to have everything operational for 4 detector stations
by May 15.

Detector Schedule for Spring Flash Test

  I. Detectors
	1 detector on floor (perhaps located just outside ring)  May 1 
	3 other detectors ready to be installed in ring          May 1 
		All four detectors with FSDs	                 May 1 
		  (New FSD tubes delayed due to Hamamatsu mistake)
			with PSDs                                May 7?
			1 boron detector, new tubes
			1 boron detector, old tubes
			1 old style detector, new tubes
			1 old style detector, old tubes

  II. VME and custom Electronics, installed, cabled
	WFDs and MTDCs for 4 detector stations.			May 1 
	Flight simulator set up to excercise electronics        May 1 
		electronically and also through LEDs
	Derandomizers						May 7 (?)
		(They are being assembled now)	
	15 volt power for bases					May 1?
		(The parts are ordered, should be no delay)
	PSD electronics(VME)					May 1

  III. CAMAC electronics
