1997 pnn2 (Bipul) - rerun 3 tapes of 1/3 sample to refit CCD pulses. More rejection is possible. Working PbG does not give more rejection.

Bad news from House Energy and Water Appropriations Subcommittee (Funding at level requested by President). We are trying to learn what Grucci plans to do and what strategy the BNL lobbyist is now following. It is now more important that we get into the S
enate bill.
Collar: Oleg has observed 20% less light yield from usCO compared to dsCO (could be degradation with time, could be less to start with). He measures 30-35 p.e./MeV and estimates 20 p.e./MeV in the detector after light guides ,etc. This is comparab
le to the old CO. He then argues that light yield probably has little effect of PV inefficiency and that Lrad is most important -> and that we should install the new usCO. Marat is starting to look at the CO's in 2002 from pnn1or2 ntuples and plans to sta
rt by calibrating T0's.
