<p> Now that we are writing to 3 DLT's, there seems to be some confusion
about when to unload and how to label tapes.

<p> We must load/unload all 3 DLT's together.  The 3rd tape currently
contains only monitor triggers so typically it will not be full
when the other two pnn tapes are full.  Nevertheless, they must be
unloaded together to be consistent with our software.

<p> As for labeling, the format is <b> xxxxx.y.z </b>, where 
<ul> 
     <li> <b> xxxxx </b> is the tape number, 
     <li> <b> y </b> is the total number of DLT's (in this case 3)
     <li> <b> z </b> is the individual DLT number.
</ul>

<p> In particular, right now, we have the following DLT's loaded:

<br> <tt><b> 30220.3.1, 30220.3.2, 30219.3.3 </b></tt>

<br> whereas daqlog thinks we wrote to a tape called 30220.3.3
