0) Before the beam is back, 

   - pulser (no beam) with tdc3_fe55.cfg, 10M events (RSSC)	<--- done

   - Turn on beamline magnets, turn on D3 and set the endcap HVs for 10kG.
			       <--- done at ~17:00 on April 18
   - take cosmic_rsmon_xe run with QOD
     and make sure all the counters/channels are alive.

1) Special runs for trigger check and detector calibration
   (after the break of ~2 weeks), in particular in low intensity.

    to confirm if all the sybsystems are alive or not.

5) Special runs for detector calibration: 

 o Once we reach the state of "steady running", 
   we take the following runs for detector calibration. 
   ( The run coordinator manages these special run. )

  - km22_mix with all_v5.cfg, 50k events (RSgain, once in a week)

  - km21_mix with cs1_v5.cfg, 100k events (TT/UTC, once in a month)

  - eckmu2_mix with cs1_noCCD_v5.cfg, 400k events (ECgain, once in a month)

Hi Takeshi,

This is to inform the e949 run master that the target ccd's are all correctly
present and accounted for.  Two glitch corrections were made and recorded in
the electronic glitch log.

At event 100k of run 48952 the spare input cable numb 99 for low gain ccd
channel 67 of 1 to 81 was correctly inserted, restoring this channel.

After event one of run 48953 a high gain target ccd reflection from the 10X
amplifier lemo output to Split was eliminated for target location K07.

The target ccd performance is monitored daily in qod and a separate analysis
job.
