   +++ Run coordinator's task : 

        o Check the Shift list, and send an Email to e949.general
	  to sign up open shifts.

	o In ELOG, click [Runlog] to monitor
	   the smx runs and special runs that shift persons took.

        o Manage the regular special runs for detector calibration:
                - pulser for RSSC
                - [ km22_mix for RSgain : monitors on disk are sufficient for now [
                - km21_mix for TT/UTC
                - eckmu2_mix for ECgain

        o Judge the special-run requests from those who need
          more data than the monitors on disk.

   we take the following runs for detector calibration. 
   ( The run coordinator manages these special run. )

  - pulser (no beam) with tdc3_fe55.cfg, 10M events (RSSC, once in two weeks)
         [last cal. 29 may, next calibration needed on 10 June]

  - km22_mix with all_v7.cfg, 50k events (RSgain, once in a week)
         [do this calibration only by special request]

  - km21_mix with cs1_v7.cfg, 100k events (TT/UTC, once in a month)
         [last cal. 15 may, next calibration to be done 7 June]

  - eckmu2_mix with cs1_noCCD_v7.cfg, 400k events (ECgain, once in a month)
      All eckmu2_mix data should be taken in a very short period of time!
         [last cal. 15 may, next calibration to be done 7 June]
