24-28 Feb	rd_run & rd_evt files generated for entire run.
27 Feb - 5 Mar	rd_cal files are regenerated. 1st iteration complete
Early March	Check rd_cal files for large discrete changes in calibration.
Early March	Generate new Kpi2 ntuples, check Kpi2 peak position & resolution.

New method: Gain vs. Run # for 49965-50218   with ONLY run correction
New method: Gain vs. Run # for 49965-50218   with ONLY rate/tis correction
