These programs can all be started from the bnlonl toolchest button.
- QOD:
- Run QOD: runs the default qod (version production) online. QOD is started
and attaches to the DD system and gets the events online.
In order to save the histograms, type save on the KOFIA prompt line. You will
then be asked to enter the histogram file name (e.g. qod).
- Run QOD OLD:
runs the old version of QOD. Use only if you suspect a problem with the
production version.
- Run Remote QOD:
runs production QOD over the network, i.e. QOD is started on a remote node
and the events are shipped from the DD sytem over the network.
- Replay on QOD:
with print: The most recent QOD histogram file is selected and presented
in a file selection window. In the file filter you get all QOD histograms
in that directory. Select the desired QOD histogram file (or just press OK)
if the default selection is the desired one). A replay job is started and
the histogram are printed on the laser printer in the control room.
NO print: same as with print but the program is stopped after the replay
window appears. You can then look at the QOD histograms directly.
- PHOTO:
start an online photo job (optional over the network).
The online photo directory is bnlonl/online_photo and should be a good
source for the latest non-official code.
- BEAMTUNE:
A.Konaka's beam tune program.
- HIGH VOLATAGE:
Starts demon, the e787 high voltage program.
