dds_close()

Usage: int dds_close(flag);
Returns: 0 if good status, -1 if bad status.
Argument: int flag
This routine is called by a DD master when he detaches from the DD system. If flag <> 0 the DD system will be removed. Normally flag = 0: In this case the last master to detach will remove the DD system.
