Physics Department Web Calendars
From BNL Physics Computing
Web based calendar support has been migrated from a SchoolBell server to Meeting Room Manager maintained by ITD.
The Meeting Room Web based calendar is used for both the Physics Department Conference Rooms and the BNL Phone Conference Bridge Lines.
Physics Department Conference Rooms
The Physics Department Conference Room calendar shows all of the room reservations for a single day by default (if the view comes up showing the Phone Conference Bridge Lines reservations, click on the "Physics" link in the "Available Locations" window on the left side of the page). Other views of the calendar information are available by clicking on one of the tabs at the top of the calendar.

The "Projector" column indicates the availability of a permanent projector for connection to a laptop.
The "Power" column indicates the availability of power outlets on the underside of the conference table.
The "Wireless" column indicates the availability of the "Corus" wireless network in the room.
Omega Group Travel Schedules
This information is, most likely, out of date.
The Omega group maintains the travel schedules of their members through the Omega Group Travel Calendar. Contact Linda Feierabend at feierabe@bnl.gov to make a modification.
BNL Phone Bridges
The BNL Phone Conference Bridge Lines calendar shows all of the bridge line reservations for a single day by default (if the view comes up showing the Physics Department Conference Room calendar, click on the "ITD" link in the "Available Locations" window on the left side of the page). Other views are available by clicking on one of the tabs at the top of the calendar.
These bridges are a BNL-wide resource and manged by ITD. Contact the ITD Helpdesk at itdhelp@bnl.gov to reserve one.
